1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all states and territories within Australia: Metropolitan Areas: • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Canberra • Major suburban areas surrounding capital cities Regional Areas: • Most regional towns and cities across Australia • Some remote areas may have limited delivery options Remote Areas: • Delivery to remote areas is available but may incur additional charges • Extended delivery timeframes may apply • Please contact us for a quote before ordering We currently do not offer international shipping. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the products ordered: Standard Delivery: • Sydney Metro: 3-5 business days • Melbourne Metro: 4-6 business days • Brisbane Metro: 4-6 business days • Perth Metro: 7-10 business days • Adelaide Metro: 5-7 business days • Other Metro Areas: 5-10 business days • Regional Areas: 7-14 business days • Remote Areas: 14-21 business days Large Furniture Items: • Large items such as sofas, beds, and dining tables may require additional 3-5 business days for specialized delivery • White glove delivery service available for select items Express Delivery: • Available for select items and locations • Additional charges apply • Please contact us for availability Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, public holidays, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order: Free Shipping: • Orders over A$500 to metro areas qualify for FREE standard shipping • Excludes bulky items and remote areas Standard Shipping Rates: • Small items (under 5kg): From A$15 • Medium items (5-20kg): From A$35 • Large items (20-50kg): From A$75 • Bulky/Oversized items: From A$150 Additional Charges May Apply For: • Remote area delivery surcharge: A$50-A$200 • Stair delivery (no lift access): A$30 per flight • Weekend or after-hours delivery: A$50 • White glove delivery service: From A$100 The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and items in your cart.

4. Order Processing

Order Processing Timeline: • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched Business Days: • Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays • Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may be processed the next business day • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day Stock Availability: • Most items are in stock and ready to ship • Back-ordered items will be noted at checkout with estimated availability dates • We will contact you if there are any delays with your order

5. Delivery Process

Standard Delivery: • Delivery to your front door or building entrance • Signature required upon delivery • Photo proof of delivery provided Large Item Delivery: • Curbside delivery is standard for large furniture items • Items will be delivered to the ground floor entrance • Assembly is not included unless specified White Glove Delivery (Additional Cost): • Delivery to your room of choice • Unpacking and placement of furniture • Removal of packaging materials • Basic assembly if required • Available in metro areas only Delivery Attempts: • Our carriers will make up to 2 delivery attempts • If delivery is unsuccessful, the item will be held at the local depot for collection • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive: • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number • Link to track your delivery in real-time • Estimated delivery date You can track your order by: • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email • Contacting our customer service team with your order number • Logging into your account on our website (if registered) Delivery Notifications: • You will receive SMS/email notifications on the day of delivery • Some carriers offer the ability to reschedule delivery if needed

7. Delivery Issues

Damaged Items: • Please inspect your delivery upon arrival • If items are damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt • Take photos of the damage before signing • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report damage • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate Missing Items: • Check your order confirmation to verify all items ordered • Contact us within 48 hours if items are missing • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly Failed Delivery: • If you miss a delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions • Contact the carrier or us to arrange redelivery • Items not collected within 7 days may be returned to us • Return shipping costs may apply for uncollected items

8. Special Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions at checkout: • Gate codes or building access information • Preferred delivery location (e.g., side door, garage) • Contact number for delivery day • Authority to leave (if you won't be home) Authority to Leave: • If you provide authority to leave, we are not responsible for items left unattended • Items will be left in a safe location as specified • Photo proof of delivery will be provided Please ensure someone is available to receive large furniture deliveries, as these cannot be left unattended.

9. Click and Collect

Click and Collect is not currently available. All orders are delivered directly to your specified address. For wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us directly to discuss pickup options from our warehouse.
